4. In what ways do you practice self care?
Taking time for myself, treating myself to my favourite food and drinks, peaceful morning routines, practicing yoga and breath work, taking care of my skin.
5. What’s your favorite aspect of mama earth?
I love and appreciate mama earth in all aspects, but definitely feel home in sunny ocean places. Nature gives you so so much, we deeply need nature.
6. What three aspects of life are most important to you?
honesty, human connection, freedom of body and mind
